Why it matters
OptimistFi's case is that Winnebago can create value if its outdoor lifestyle brands regain dealer and consumer pull without sacrificing pricing. This filing is mixed for that view. Full-year adjusted EBITDA rose $3.1 million from $121.9 million in Fiscal 2025 to $125.0 million in Fiscal 2026, even as net revenues fell $94.3 million.
Towable RV year-end net revenues fell to $1.05 billion from $1.22 billion, and operating income dropped to $47.5 million from $72.7 million. Motorhome RV year-end net revenues rose to $1.26 billion from $1.16 billion, and operating income improved to $33.2 million from a $7.3 million loss. Marine year-end net revenues slipped to $356.4 million from $367.8 million, and operating income fell to $20.9 million from $27.7 million.
The balance sheet also improved. Cash and cash equivalents were $181.4 million, and total outstanding debt was $443.3 million. The dividend increase and revolver extension support liquidity and capital return, even with a softer top line. Still, fourth-quarter net revenues fell 17.0% year over year, so the recovery remains uneven across segments.

What's next
Winnebago said it will discuss the results on a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Central Time today. Fiscal 2027 guidance calls for consolidated net revenues of $2.65 to $2.80 billion, reported EPS of $0.90 to $1.50 and adjusted EPS of $1.65 to $2.25.
The company also expects North American RV wholesale shipments of 275,000 to 295,000 units in calendar year 2026 and 265,000 to 295,000 units in calendar year 2027. Results near the top of those ranges would support the case that demand is stabilizing. Results near the bottom would suggest the recovery still has work to do.
