Bernie Sanders releases 10 years of tax Yields

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders has introduced his own long-awaited tax returns because he attempts for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.

After promising to do this for over a month, sanders revealed 10 years of tax returns Tax Day, on Monday.

His 2018 reunite reveals that he and his wife earned more than $550,000, for example $133,000 from his Senate salary and $391,000 from sales of his book”Our RevolutionA Future to Believe In.” The preceding year, they took more than $1.3 million, largely from book royalties and sales.

Sanders released 1 year of the tax returns throughout his 2016 bid. Tax transparency has increased in prominence for its 2020 election House Democrats seek to force him to and since President Donald Trump continues to refuse to release his returns.
