Mosaic (MOS) Upgraded to Buy at Stifel Nicolaus

Mosaic (MOS) has been upgraded today from “hold” to “buy” by the research analysts at Stifel Nicolaus.  Stifel Nicolaus also set a price target on MOS to $77.50.  Shares of Mosiac closed for a positive gain and ended trading at $66.75.

Mosiac is slated to release their next earnings report on July 18, 2011 and is estimated to post EPS of 1.39 dollars.  Their last earnings report was released on March 30, 2011 and announced an EPS of $1.21 dollars with revenue totaling 2.2 billion dollars which was up 27.9 % year to year.  MOS is currently trading below its 50 & 200-day moving averages and 2011 is currently a down year for the company.
